When will my order arrive?
Orders ship within 24 hours. Bangalore: 2 to 3 days. Rest of Karnataka: 3 to 4 days. Other states: 4 to 7 days. You will receive a WhatsApp tracking message once dispatched. See our full shipping policy.
Can I return my order?
Yes. Contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or full refund. No questions asked. See our returns policy.
Do you take bulk or wholesale orders?
Yes. For orders above 5 kg of any single product, write to hello@lamasala.in with your requirements and we will give you a custom quote.
Do you ship outside India?
