Shipping Policy
When your masala leaves Mysore and when it reaches you.
We pack every order fresh within 24 hours of placing it. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during festivals, extreme weather, or courier delays. We will proactively notify you by WhatsApp if there is any unusual delay on your order.
Estimated delivery
- Mysore and nearby districts: 1 to 2 business days
- Bangalore: 2 to 3 business days
- Rest of Karnataka: 3 to 4 business days
- Other Indian states: 4 to 7 business days
Free delivery
Free shipping on product subtotals of ₹799 and above. Below that, a flat ₹50 shipping fee applies at checkout.
Payment and tracking
Cash on Delivery is available on all orders for eligible pincodes across India. Online payment is accepted via UPI, credit card, debit card, and net banking through Razorpay.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and WhatsApp message with your tracking link. You can also track from your account under Your Orders.
Delays and issues
