Returns and Refunds

We stand behind every pack we ship.

If your order arrives damaged, if the flavour does not match what we described, or if you are unhappy for any reason, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will give you a full replacement or refund — no questions asked.

Eligibility

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery for any quality or satisfaction reason
  • Sealed packs opened only to check quality are eligible
  • Please share photos if the pack arrived damaged or leaking
  • Damaged packages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

Refund processing

Refunds for online payments are processed within 5 to 7 business days of approval.

COD orders are refunded via UPI or bank transfer — we will ask for your details when processing.

Replacements

If your order arrives with a damaged or leaking pack, take a photo immediately and send it to us on WhatsApp within 24 hours. We will send a replacement at no charge.
